Robert Rams is the Program Manager for the Salute to Music Program and has been with the Borough-Wide program since 2010. He performed baritone horn with the Borough-Wide program from 1979-1986. Robert currently teaches at Staten Island Technical High School. He is also a NYSSMA Zone 12 government relations representative. Robert’s accolades include being the 2002 Westchester All-County Middle School Band Conductor and the 2003 James Madison High School UFT teacher of the year. Robert received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1990 from Wagner College and a Masters Degree in 1998 from Brooklyn College.
