If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:

Analyzing how our Services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users.
Understanding how our users use our products and services to improve user experience.

If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records.
If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced.

Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). The third parties and service providers use their technology to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests which may appear either on our Services or on other websites.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Facial Data Collection and Usage
For our application called pupillary distance measure AR we utilize ARKit’s face tracking capabilities to capture facial landmarks necessary for measuring pupillary distance (PD). This facial data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted, stored, or shared with any external servers or third parties. The PD measurements derived from this data are saved locally using secure storage methods and are only accessible within the app to assist you in selecting appropriate eyeglass frames and lenses. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data remains confidential.
IMAGE AND FACE DATA PROCESSING IN PHOTO ERASER
Our Photo Eraser or also named AIPGEN app processes user-provided images that may incidentally contain faces as part of our photo editing service. The app allows users to edit their photos by removing unwanted objects or backgrounds using AI-assisted technology.
Face Data Collection
The Photo Eraser app does not specifically collect, extract, or analyze facial data as a distinct data type. We do not perform facial recognition, facial mapping, or extract any biometric information from faces in images. Images are processed as pixel data without any specific face data extraction.
Processing and Storage
When users upload photos for editing that may contain faces:
- Images are temporarily processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested editing operation
- Images are transmitted securely using encrypted connections
- Images are temporarily stored on secure servers only for the duration needed to complete the requested edit (typically under 5 minutes)
- Once processing is complete and the edited image is delivered to the user's device, the original and processed images are deleted from our servers
- No image data is retained on our servers beyond the immediate processing time
Third-Party Sharing
Images processed through our app (which may contain faces) are not shared with any third parties beyond our direct service providers necessary for performing the requested editing operations. These service providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
User Control
Users maintain full control over their images and can delete them from the app at any time.
