“Alina was able to capture our unique assisted stretching experience at StretchLab. When interviewing most personal trainers getting them to grasp the difference of assisted stretching compared to regular training can be challenging to verbalize. Through this project we are able to visually capture our unique service for our new staff to ease their understanding of our service during the onboarding process. Demonstrating competency in safety protocols, getting consent to stretch an individual, and what appropriate steps to take when meeting a new client for the first time is critical for the growth of our business. This tool will provide guidance for the first step of all of our trainers journey with our company. I feel this is the most important step, since it directly impacts all of the client experience that trainer will have while working for our business!”
