where our built environments foster connection and community
where isolation and loneliness are not trademarks of old age
where young people can navigate the world with a sense of belonging and community support
...where the wariness and detachment we feel towards each other is transformed into a spirit of generosity and connection; where no one is left out or left behind.
We are social capital practitioners working to create and support connection within communities across class, age, gender, race, as well as additional human experiences, to bolster health, well-being, and economic mobility.
We are currently working to co-design the Social Connections Action Learning Network with key practitioners, funders, and field builders. We anticipate launching the network in June 2025. In the meantime, we will look to host regular virtual events leading up to launch for those within the network to get to know one another and discover areas of shared opportunity, vision, and solidarity.
